Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • New products (unopened in original packaging)
  • Slightly used products (opened or lightly used)
  • Defective items (manufacturing defects or shipping damage)

Lifetime Returns: If you’re not happy with how your book prints, ships, feels, smells, or anything in between, we’ll make it right.

Return Process

  • Contact hello@chatbooks.com to initiate your return
  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Package your item securely and attach the return label
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days after we receive your item

Return Costs

  • Return shipping: Free (we provide prepaid labels)
  • Restocking fees: None
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
